Shipping policy


Order Processing & Shipping

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation sent to the address provided at checkout. This email serves as your invoice and includes your order number.

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM  may be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day starting at 8:00 AM. During peak periods, including holidays and promotional events, processing times may exceed 5 business days.

Warehouse & Fulfillment

Our inventory is stored across multiple locations worldwide. Depending on the location of your item(s), please allow an additional 7–10 business days for warehouse transfer and shipment.

If you purchase multiple items in a single order and request consolidated shipping, please note that inter-warehouse transfers may require an additional 3–7 business days before dispatch.

Shipment & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.

All packages are shipped with tracking details provided via email.

Shipping Responsibility

Luxe AF is not responsible for customs delays, carrier delays, or delivery issues once the package has been handed over to the shipping provider.

In the event of loss or damage during transit, customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the designated shipping carrier.
