All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item has been materially misrepresented in its condition compared to the photos or videos provided prior to shipment.
Shipping & Liability
All packages are shipped with tracking information provided via email.
Luxe AF is not responsible for:
Customs delays
Carrier delays
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages once in the possession of the shipping carrier
Customers are responsible for filing any claims directly with the assigned shipping carrier.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:
The item is no longer available
The item fails authentication
The item cannot be shipped due to restrictions beyond our control
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
