What condition are your products in?
All Luxeaf products are pre-owned and undergo thorough inspection before listing. We provide detailed descriptions, clear images, and our exclusive Luxeaf Condition Meter for every item, so you’ll know exactly what to expect. We categorize items as:
- Like New
- Excellent
- Very Good
- Good
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we offer returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags (if applicable). To request a return, email us at support@luxeaf.com and we’ll guide you through the process. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1–3 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and selected method at checkout. Standard shipping via USPS typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Luxeaf ships within the United States only. If you’re an international buyer interested in our products, please email us and we’ll do our best to accommodate or notify you when international shipping becomes available.
Can I sell or consign my items with Luxeaf?
